Omiš is a picturesgne town of Mediterranean atmosphere at the mouth of the river Cetina where annual festival of Dalmatian folk songs takes place. In this history Omiš was ruled by pirates for more than 2 centuries. Situated in the heart of Dalmatia between tourist centers Split and Makarska with plenty of historical monuments and rich cultural heritage worth visiting.
